The Learning Profile

The Learning Profile is a one-stop overview of a student's profile, where they can add their own ideas in addition to academic performance.

It starts with Course Pacing and an Academic Profile.

Course Pacing is the same information as you see on the student homepage, just in a circular format. All classes that have pacing will show here.

The Academic Profile is a central location to house student assessment data from external standardized assessments.

Next on the page is the Personal Profile, My Learning Path, and My Evidence.

The Personal Profile is a text-based section where students can write things around their interests, their strengths, and their growth opportunities. (These prompts are customizable if you'd like to change the headers.)

The My Learning Path is the same information as the My Learning tab on the student homepage, only in circular format.

The My Evidence section is where students can upload links or files that they want to keep. This would be a great place to store an external "Passion Project", a Google Site they have built, or a portfolio they have developed. The possibilities are endless.

Finally, we see Conferencing Notes and the My Goal section.

The Conferencing Notes is exactly what it sounds like - a place for students to take notes in conferences. Perhaps meetings with counselors, etc.

The My Goal section is a place where students can design their own goals. The process is very similar to how students can create their own activity.

These goals are NOT designed to be submitted to a teacher in order to be scored and added to a body of evidence for a learning target. It is only for the student to aid them in goal-setting.
