Is there a way to import into SIS at the end of semesters to it can be uploaded to the state for reporting?

Generally no, but this is an area of present development with Infinite Campus. Check back for updates. 

Most SISs allow us to pull data but not to push it. The big question is what kind of scores do you need? Aggregate scores for a course? Standards Scores? ABCDF scores? Many schools pull scores from Empower to Excel and then manipulate them into an aggregate and a format that you need for the SIS and then enter them at the end of the term into the SIS.
