What do the quiz options mean for "show result"?

When designing a quiz in Empower, there is an option for "show result". What do these options mean?

Finished Statement

The option "finished statement" will give the student a statement "Thank you for taking the quiz!".

Once the quiz has been reviewed (and if necessary, scored by the teacher for any essay and drawing questions), any comments by the teacher AND/OR if the teacher changed the point value, the student will then see those comments along with the quiz questions.

Show Full Results w/ Correct Answer

The option "show full results w/ correct answer" will show the score results for the total score, any comments from the teacher, the question text, points earned/total points on each question along with a visual indicator of correct/incorrect on each question, the student answer and the correct answer, and any rationale the teacher has entered when designing the quiz.

Show Full Results/ Hide Correct Answer

This option is exactly the same as above, except it hides the correct answer for the student.

Show Score Results

The option "show score results" will show the score results for the total score and any comments from the teacher.
