Assessment Analysis by Question



This report shows individual responses by learners on individual assessments (the “quiz” feature in Empower). It can show any assessment (quiz) between a range of dates, but only one assessment at a time. It does not show the actual questions, only the responses by the individuals. This can be exported to Excel or PDF for analysis and review.


How could I use this report? 
I could quickly export this collection of answers on an assessment to analyze the answers for a group of students.

Assessment Results

Content Course Standards



This report delineates all standards attached to any course playlists.


How could I use this report?
I could compare the standards in a course playlists from one year to standards in a course playlist from another year.

Educate Assignment Report / Empower Evidence Report / Evidence Report



This report is mainly used for collating the assignments marked “missing” by a teacher. It can also be used to report “overdue” tasks (tasks that are past the due date), tasks where the MAS has not been met, or all tasks. It can be filtered from the whole school down to individual learners.


How could I use this report?
I could quickly hand this to a student or parent if the student had numerous missing assignments, and their "missing assignments" tile on their homepage was too unwieldy or unmanageable for them to effectively use.

Empower Score Survey Report




This report shows individual overall scores (with the ability to filter particular scores) on standards in selected content areas. 


How could I use this report?
I could filter to only scores that are below a 2.0 score to show a student how much they had grown on particular standards.

Enrollment Review



This report will show all learners enrolled for a particular school year. It can also be filtered by graduated, lottery, lottery withdrawn, waitlist, and withdrawn.

Evidence Progress Report



This report gives a printed summary of a learner(s) progress on standards (can be filtered to numerous learners and numerous content areas).

Guardian Account Login Sheets



This report is a one-pager for each guardian, showing their login information along with the Empower web address for that particular district.

Guardian Activity Report


 This report is a basic level of student activity. It is the guardian equivalent of the Student Activity Report.

Learner Pacing Report




This report will show pacing status for all learners in a class or a group. There are some prerequisites in order for this report to work correctly.

1) When Report Type is selected as 'Advisory' and no teacher is selected from teacher filter: In this case, it will pick all students from the selected site and get classes in which those students are enrolled, and it will pick those classes only in which student is enrolled until 12 days prior to the end date of the progress period. Example: suppose the end date of the progress period is '2021-06-30', then it will show the class data only if the student is enrolled in the class on date '2021-06-18', and it will pick and show only those classes regarding which pacing exists. If pacing doesn't exist for any student class then that record is not shown in this report. Please notice that this report is showing on classes data and not groups.

2) When Report Type is selected as 'Advisory' and a teacher is selected from teacher filter: In this case, it will pick those students classes which are enrolled in the particular classes which contain keyword 'cardsconnect' in the class name of that selected teacher classes. We can change this value of 'cardsconnect' keyword for the client as per their requirements.

3) When Report Type selected as 'Course Based': When this report type is selected, it will bind all active courses of the selected teacher in the Select Course dropdown. So In this case report will only print if you select the teacher and the teacher has courses active in the selected progress period. Once courses of the selected teacher are loaded,  you need to select the course and print the report and it will show data related to that course. In the Course-Based report, it will show data based on groups if a course playlist is assigned to the group.


Marzano True Score Estimator Report



This report will show learners' MTSE report on individual standards, including their first score, current score, and the growth they have made. It also shows the number of evidences on each standard, along with their suggested standard scores (from the MTSE).

This report is where you print your own progress reports (see the Progress Reports section for details on types of progress reports).

Student Accountability Report



This report will show learners’ activity within Empower for particular date ranges, including the number of logins, activities they have accessed, pieces of submitted evidence, number of submitted quizzes, social posts, and completed assignments.

Teacher Activity Report




This report shows teacher activity over a certain time period, including logins, evidence scored & assigned, overall scores, and more.

Teaching Practice and Effectiveness Report




This report is an expanded version of the Teacher Activity Report. This shows pacing counts for learners by content area AND by teacher; activities with steps AND quick activities that have been assigned to learners, along with the number of scores entered on activities; the number of overall scores (on standards) along with how many unique learners have been scored; and the number of playlists in use for that content area and teacher.

This report requires course playlists to be setup AND the course number field matching what is in the schools' Student Information System (SIS).



How could I use this report?
I could use this as a building/district leader to quickly spot where my learners (in the aggregate) are in their pacing of a content area. I would be able to discern where the trouble spots were either for learners, for teachers, or for the system (Example: too many learners behind pace? Perhaps the course playlists aren't aligned correctly). I could also see whether or not evidence is being entered on a consistent basis, depending on the filters selected.
