We have found it very helpful to create a customized video for our login page. It has been helpful to target our students and guardians with a video that explains the basics. 

All we had to do was submit a helpdesk ticket that included a link to the video on youtube. We also provided a picture that acts as the laptop's screen and draws attention to the fact that they can click it to launch the video.
